If you arrive late to your appointment without notifying us, we can’t guarantee that we will be able to provide the complete allotted time. This may also be considered a no-show without notification, as we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. *No Show? If you do not show up for your appointment, full payment will be retained. Arriving late without notification is also considered a no-show.
