No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be fully charged.

Cancellation: You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a full charge, unless you choose to reschedule, in which case there will be no fee.

Same-Day Appointments: Cancellations for appointments made on the same day will also incur a full charge, but you may reschedule without any charge.

Any disrespectful behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated. Individuals who display such behavior will be asked to leave the premises with the assistance of security.
Appointment Booking
To ensure a smooth booking process:

If you call to book an appointment or choose to walk in, we will ask for your details to proceed with the booking or check-in for your walk-in appointment.

For bookings made over the phone, we also ask for your credit card details if your card isn’t already on file.
